We can offer a complete maintenance solution for your printing machines with a full spares support and even carry out OEM approved servicing schedules at a reduced cost naturally. Our maintenance packages range from yearly in depth services to weekly checks.

Breakdown cover will be provided on request, our current service rates may be found below.

ENGINEER ON-SITE

Mon-Fri 0830-1800	£60/ hour + travel time + mileage + expenses at cost. Min. hourly charge 4 hours
Mon-Fri 1800-0830	£90/ hour + travel time + mileage + expenses at cost. Min. hourly charge 4 hours
Saturday 0830-Sunday 0830	£90/ hour + travel time*1.33 + mileage + expenses at cost. Min. hourly charge 4 hours
Sunday 0830-Monday 0830	£120/ hour + travel time*1.5 + mileage + expenses at cost. Min. hourly charge 4 hours

 

TRAVEL TIME
Travel @ £40/hr - Mileage @ £0.45/mile.

WORKSHOP TIME
Workshop time @ £40/hr

RETURN TO BASE
You may wish to return the machine to our premises for servicing or refurbishment. This can be a more economical route for the repair of an older machine. Upon receipt of your equipment an inspection will be carried out and a formal quote issued PRIOR to any commencement of repair work. We would require written authority to proceed with the quoted work package.

This is currently free of charge.

ROUTINE SERVICING/MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

DEFINITION
CLASS 1: Adamtech possess all drawings refering to all these machines and carry a proportion of spares. We offer all repair services on these machines, although we cannot guarantee all spare parts, as many of the older machines have obsolete components.

CLASS 2: Adamtech have some information pertaining to these machines. We offer no guarantee to be able to return the machine to full working order due to lack of spares or support.
